When selecting an overhaul shop, it is of extreme importance that the shop the customer selects has a quality program that ensures your overhauled equipment meets or exceeds what you would expect from the OEM. IMMI Turbines has a program in place to ensure we meet or exceed all customer expectations. IMMI Turbines staff of overhaul technicians have been in the industry for many years and in some cases worked for the OEM and received their training in OEM shops. We have taken that experience to another level.

Some of the major equipment we overhaul is as follows:

• Gas Producers
• Power Turbines
• Accessory Drives
• Compressors C16-C30-C28
• Gear Reduction Units

Each piece of equipment that enters our shop for overhaul is first assigned a work travel which identifies the customer's completion date, and the extent of the work to be performed. The equipment is then scheduled to go into our disassembly area where an "Engine Condition Report" is established. This report identifies each portion of the equipment as it is noted during disassembly and will be provided to the customer as a part of the overhaul report.

The various components are then cleaned and inspected to determine if non-destructive testing is required. All items that require rework are given individual travelers that will instruct the rework department on the type of rework to be performed and will accompany the material throughout the rework process.

Quality control keeps a close eye on the material as it passes through the overhaul process. When all material has completed the rework process, it is then returned to the overhaul shop for reassembly of the major assembly.

After the major equipment has been completed, it is then moved to our state of the art test facility for full factory testing. During the factory test process, vibration, fuel flow, exhaust gas temperature, air inlet temperature and lube oil temperature is measured. Our acceptability levels match or exceeds that of the OEM.
